A short explanation of your information

Privacy Statement

Last updated August 27, 2026

1. Information I collect

I may collect your name, contact details, scheduling information, intake responses, messages, payment status and transaction details, session notes, and audio or video recordings. Payment providers process card or bank information; I generally do not receive your complete payment-card number.

The website and the services that support it may also collect basic technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, and activity or error data.

2. How I use information

I use information to schedule and provide services, communicate with you, administer payments and policies, send you your recording, maintain records, protect the website and practice, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights.

I may review recordings and notes to understand and improve my practice, observe themes or trends over time, and develop future business, educational, editorial, creative, research, promotional, or commercial work.

3. Session recordings

Full sessions are ordinarily recorded. Notice may be provided through the website, booking flow, confirmation or reminder communications, meeting invitation, recording-platform notice or indicator, or an announcement made before or when recording begins. By booking or joining a session after receiving notice, remaining in the session after notice is given, or otherwise continuing to participate while recording is underway, you acknowledge the notice and consent to the recording and the uses described here and in the Terms & Conditions. Continued participation following notice—including participation without objecting to or requesting cessation of the recording—is conduct manifesting consent.

I may use material derived from any session, whether recorded or not, in de-identified, paraphrased, adapted, aggregated, or composite form. This may include questions, circumstances, exchanges, themes, patterns, impressions, messages, insights, and brief excerpts used in books, articles, talks, classes, websites, marketing, research, or future services and materials. I may change nonessential facts or combine more than one experience to help protect identity.

Without separate written permission, I will not publicly use your name, contact information, image or likeness, recognizable voice, the identifiable audio or video recording itself, or details that I reasonably believe would allow an ordinary member of the public to identify you. I will not use or provide those identifiable materials to train an artificial-intelligence system without separate written permission. Someone already familiar with your circumstances may nevertheless recognize an unusual experience, so complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

Your use of a recording is limited by the Terms & Conditions. I do not promise to retain recordings indefinitely. You may request deletion of a recording I still control, subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping needs. Material already de-identified or incorporated into a permitted work may be retained and used after the identifiable recording is deleted.

4. When information may be shared

I may share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that support scheduling, video sessions, recording, storage, email, payments, or website hosting; with confidential legal, accounting, technical, or other professional advisers; at your direction or with your permission; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, address fraud or safety concerns, or protect legal rights.

I do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information under their own privacy policies. These sharing limits do not restrict my use or publication of material that has been de-identified or made into a composite as described above.

5. Retention and security

I retain information only as long as reasonably useful for the purposes described here, including providing services, improving the practice, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Different information may be retained for different periods.

I use reasonable administrative and technical care, but no website, transmission, recording, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information I control, or withdraw consent to future use when applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, financial, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already occurred lawfully.

You may also choose not to provide optional information, although some basic information is necessary to schedule and provide a session. Because de-identified material may no longer be maintained in a way that links it to you, it may not be possible to locate, provide, or delete it in response to a later request.

7. Children and third-party links

The website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. The website and booking flow may link to independent third-party services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

8. Changes and contact

I may update this statement as the practice or its service providers change. The date above identifies the current version.

For a privacy question or request, use the contact method provided on the booking page and identify the request as privacy-related.
